Returns and Exchanges
Alexandra guarantees the quality of all her jewellery and wishes to ensure your happiness with her creations. Provided that your jewellery has not been customized, altered, or adjusted for you at the time of purchase, and provided that it is in perfect, sellable condition and in the original packaging, you may return your jewellery for a gift card within 90 days of purchase, or you may exchange your jewellery within 90 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges are available beyond 90 days of purchase.
IN BERMUDA
If you wish to return or exchange your jewellery and you live in Bermuda, please visit the Studio. For returned items, we will provide a physical gift card in the value of the returned items, along with a receipt. For exchanged items, a credit of the original purchase value will be applied to the newly selected item(s). Should your exchanged pieces have a lower dollar value than the originally purchased items, you will receive a physical gift card for the difference.
INTERNATIONAL
If you wish to return or exchange your jewellery and do not live in Bermuda, please send a message to hello@alexandramosher.com, providing the details of the item(s) you are returning or exchanging, your name, address, order number, and the reason for the return or exchange. We will then provide our return address and assist you in having the jewellery sent to us. *Shipping the pieces for return/exchange within the US will be paid for by the customer*
For returned items, we will provide a digital gift card for the value of the items returned. For exchanged items, a credit of the original purchase value will be applied against the newly selected item(s); should your exchanged pieces have a lower dollar value than the originally purchased items, you will receive a digital gift card. Should your exchanged pieces cost more than the original order, an invoice for the difference in price will be sent to you. All exchanges will incur a $28 international shipping charge for the new item(s).
