Our Brand Ambassadors are energetic, out-going and friendly, and excited to to promote the Alexandra Mosher brand. You will be responsible for interacting with our customers about their needs, while assisting them in the selection and features of our jewellery, and delivering an unforgettable customer service experience.
WHO WE ARE:
Alexandra Mosher Studio Jewellery is a high-growth jewelry design company launched in 2005 by Bermudian artist Alexandra Mosher. Bermudian artist Alexandra Mosher creates art jewellery designs inspired by the beautiful motifs found in Bermuda’s flora and fauna, the ocean and colourful culture. Each piece is hand crafted in her Hamilton studio by Alexandra and her skilled team.

THE ROLE:
o Represent Alexandra Mosher as a skilled brand ambassador.
o Demonstrate a true passion and respect for the product and excellent product knowledge.
o Assist with in-store sales, online order fulfillment, email customer service, and inventory management.
o Express humility, kindness and genuine interest in the guest through positive body language and non-verbal cues.
o Maintain merchandise in accordance with the our visual presentation standards.
o Anticipate guests' needs and are responsive with an engaging attitude.
o Maintain a welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations.
o Flexible availability to assist with pop-up shops and special events.
QUALIFICATIONS
o Possess and showcase excellent customer service skills.
o Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Bermuda.
o Hands-on, well organized, self-motivated.
o Enthusiastic and inviting, a friend to every customer.
o Experience in customer facing role preferred.
o Certified Tourism Ambassador designation would be an asset.
