Every piece from our collection is handmade with skill and attention to detail. Please take care of your jewellery by following our Jewellery Care Instructions.
We also know that accidents happen! If your Alexandra Mosher Studio Jewellery piece needs repair, please get in touch or bring it in to our Flagship Store & Studio.
For fine jewellery collections, we recommend that prongs be checked every year. We are also happy to refresh rhodium plating on white gold pieces and refinish oxidized pieces.
While we are unable to repair pieces from any other jewellery brand, if you would like to re-design or create a new piece out of an heirloom piece, please contact us!
