WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Store Manager is a personable professional and energetic people person responsible for managing the daily operations of our retail store including sales team management and training, ecommerce fulfilment and customer service. The right candidate is a confident people manager with a desire to see the tangible impact of his or her efforts.

This is a very hands-on position, so we are looking for someone with a friendly, positive, reliable and helpful attitude with a focus on excellent customer service.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Staff scheduling, scheduling, recognition
  • Manage ecommerce fulfilment and online customer service
  • Oversee all product knowledge for silver jewellery
  • Develop silver jewellery selling procedures
  • Inventory take-in, organization, and management
  • Fulfill HR function (recruitment, hiring, onboarding)
  • Enhance team accountability and engagement
  • Report on key information and performance indicators


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Having managed a dynamic team
  • Proven ability to motivate a team
  • Experience in conducting staff trainings
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
